Random Rebooting

I am running Windows XP Prof. 5.1 Service Pack 2

When I leave my computer on and unattended for more than say 15 to 30
minutes, it will reboot itself. I run Norton (among others)
antivirus/antispyware software, and when I check the active processes I do
not see anything that should not be there. It is both annoying and worrying.

I have a cable modem, but it reboots even if the modem is unplugged so I
dont think its a hack, but I would like some input from someone who either
has had this problem or knows what is causing it.

While I am working it does not occur, only when the computer is left alone.
