Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Tim,

Thanks for update soon!

Yes, the certificate may want to install to a profile path. The
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data folder is a hidden
folder. Please help your user know how to display them as the following:

--Click Tools menu->Click Folder Options tab->Click View tab->select Show
hidden files and folders.

If there is anything that is unclear, please feel free to let me know.

Thanks & Regards,

Jason Tan

| I have asked the user to look for the machinekeys folder but she can only
| find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA. Is this correct? She
does
| not log on to a network so therefore she does not have a profile so I
| presume this is correct. Will the certificate want to install to a
profile
| path?
