I'd love to help, but you haven't told us anything about your computer
so you can get specific advice. Post back with some information about
the hardware and whether your computer is 100% virus and malware-free.
If you think it is, how did you determine that? Did the computer ever
work correctly? If so, what changed? Look in Event Viewer for clues
(Start>Run eventvwr [enter]).
