XP Create isn't the only program that you can use. I used XP Create, and had
no problems downloading it. I don't believe the developer offers "support"
as such- it's a free download. There is a forum available. It does assume a
certain amount of knowledge if you intend to add items like 3rd party
drivers, but for creating just an XP disk with the updates and patches, it's
pretty straight forward.
