Hi, Mishy.
Well, you didn't tell us much, so some guessing is required as to just what
you meant. :>(
You "fully downloaded" it - and now you want to "finish loading it"???
Was it an EXE file? Or a Zip file? A JPG or BMP? Or what?
If an exe file was fully downloaded, just use Windows Explorer to find it,
then click on it - IF you are REALLY SURE you want to. But be aware that
MANY viruses and other malware are distributed in just this way. :>(
If it is a Zip file, then you should be able to UNzip the files inside it
and use them.
But I'm just shooting in the dark here. You really should post back with a
few details.
My computer asks me each time if I want to Run or Save the file. I always
tell it to Save it to my default \Download folder. Afterwards, I can take
action depending on the type of file (and how much I trust the sender's
competence and intentions). First, I can scan it with my antivirus utility.
Then I can Run it from the Download folder, or Move (or Copy) it to a
different folder and Run it from there.
