No. A preinstalled OEM version of Windows XP cannot
be transferred nor activated on a different computer. Its
license is exclusively tied to the manufacturer's computer.

Additionally, each installation of Windows XP, installed
on different computers, requires its own unique license.

Please read your End-User License Agreement by going
to Start > Run and type: WINVER , and hit enter. Then
click on "End-User License Agreement".

In order to upgrade your other computer, you'll have to
purchase a conventional "Retail Upgrade Version" of
Windows XP.
