Problems with Windows XP Home and SP2 with CD Cops protecction

I recently purchased a new HP laptop which has XP SP2 installed. Everything
works great with it, however some software which I use from the Middle East
uses the CD Cops protection system. The software will not run on this
machine due to SP2 (it runs on my home system where I have not instaleld SP2).

Is there any way to get this and other such software packages which I have
purchased to run on my new laptop??
