Easy...

1) On the computer with the printer...

Start - >Control panel -> Printers and Other Hardware -> View installed
printers or fax ->

Right click on the printer and select sharing.

Tick "Share this printer".

2) On the other computers...

Start - >Control panel -> Printers and Other Hardware -> View installed
printers or fax -> "Add a printer" (left hand side) - > follow the wizard.
