WinXP SP2
Modem is installed OK with drivers from Toshiba's website but I get a constant "Acquiring Network Address" on the connection and I can't connect to anything.
Also: I can't start DHCP client in services.msc Error 1068, The Dependency Group Failed to start and I can't do control-Network Connections. Nothing happens after I hit "Network Connections"
Should the cable modem connection use DHCP? I don't use it in dialup.
