Karsten,

Bluetooth device drivers would have copied itself to different folders and
they may be windows/system32, Windows/ and ofcourse registry entries to help
the bluetooth software locate the system files. Related files should be
also in Program files folder as it should be using a configuration manager
utility. So finding all the related files and deleting it may not be a easy
task. Moreover, the sys file you deleted seems to be Windows XP's system
files> only these files are Protected and by design would automatically copy
itself to the respective folder.

If you had not made any big change to your system after Bluetooth
installation, you can very well perform a system restore which should undo
bluetooth related files.

You can do this from Normal or safe mode.
