Hibernation - Insufficient System Resources

Hello,

I am running Windows XP with SP2 on my laptop and sometime when I try to
hibernate I get the following error:

Windows - System Error
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API

Other times works just fine. I have plenty of memory (2GB) and diskspace
available (16GB).
Has anyone experienced this problem? Any ideas on how I can eliminate/fix
it?

Thanks,
TS
