The Control Panel icon for priters is Printers and other Hardware or
Printers and Faxes depending on what Control Panel view you are using.

Hide specified control panel applets

DisallowCpl, DisallowCpl subkey
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Printers & Faxes for some reason doesn't have a *.cpl file.
