faxxml.dll adware

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

My Norton Antivirus detected faxxml.dll on my computer and could not delete
it. I followed the path (windows/speech/faxml.dll) to delete it manually and
couldn't do it either. I ran Spybot and AdAware and it didn't show up in
their scans. Anyone know how to get rid of this pest? It supposedly tracks
me online and sends the info to someone out there.
