The Popcap games like Bejeweled require Java. Maybe you don't have Java
or yours is damaged. Look in Add/Remove Programs and if you have Java,
uninstall it. Then get the latest one here:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

For the SP2 issue, look at the System applet in Control Panel. On the
General tab you will see your operating system and Service Pack level
listed. Does it say "Service Pack 2"?

If you do have SP2, that might explain some of the problems with
webpages that require the ability to open popup windows. SP2 adds a lot
more security to Windows and Internet Explorer, including popup
blocking.

If your computer is working well (except for not being able to get to
these websites), let's address the website issue before messing about
with SP2.
