Delayed Write Failed - which drive?

My computer gave me the following error message:

{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the
file \Device\Harddisk\Volume4\$Mft. The data has been lost. This
error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network
connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.

The source for the message in Event Viewer is "ftdisk".
Event ID is 50.

Event data (Words) is:
0000: 00040000 005e0001 00000000 80040032
0010: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
0020: 00000000 00000000 c000000e

The computer has two local HDD's as well as several mapped network
drives and was unattended at the time of the error.

How can I determine which drive caused the error?
IOW, is \Device\Harddisk\Volume4\ a local HDD or a network drive?
