If firewall.cpl value is present in the right-pane, delete it.

I want to point out that when I switched on PC this morning, the SC CP did
not contain any icons in the lower section. I then ran your application
again, and they were restored, NOT however the Firewall Icon. Anymore ideas
before I call Sherlock Holmes? :-)
