I assume your asking about ...\ShellNoRoam\BagMRU and ....\ShellNoRoam\Bags.

Even if you delete them, you won't be without them for long. They will be recreated the next time you open Explorer.

They store the saved views. BagMRU is an index: BagMRU itself represents the desktop, each subkey represents a subfolder. The "nodeslot" value in a subkey is the number corresponding to the numbered subkeys of Bags. Each numbered subkey of Bags contains the view info for a particular folder.
