Trouble Reseting Password

My password will not work any more and I am unable to access my computer. I
have windows XP Pro and i have tried using the CTL ATL Delete and using
Administrator as the log in name. When i try to log in with administrator I
do not use a password like your supposed too. It then says can not access
acount due to account restrictions. What does this mean and how can I fix
this.
