This problem is caused by outlook 2003 not having an associated browser to
open links. This happened when you installed Firefox most likely. Outlook
lost the default browser setting. You can just follow the instructions on the
link I gave you earlier, then open up FireFox and reestablish that it as the
default browser. This is done by Tools>Options>General tab (I believe)
