Windows Explorer Error And Internet Explorer Error-Please Helpp!!!

Everytime i try to click on my recycle bin icon, my aol icon, my internet
explorer icon; etc, A message pops up that reads WINDOWS EXPLORER ERROR or
INTERNET EXPLORER ERROR, and the way they tell me to fix it is to click on
the link but when i try to click on the link another error message pops up
that reads internet Explorer Error- i do not know how to fix this can anyone
help me?
