Change the registry entry for the DefaultUserName.. To their username.
(That's the sneaky way)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
You could also just make sure the users get usernames they can remember.
