Lost file type association, no idea where to find the right executable...

Hello,

I lost the "open" association with file folders. I understand how to
Create a New Action for the File Folder file type, but have no idea
what Application to use. I have also created associations that I can't
delete as a result of all this trying to fix the problem with the wrong
application associations. Please help!!!
