Microphone

Having problems with no sound when I use the microphone. When I do the test
for sound hardware (creative souundblaster PCI) I get the message "Error
occurred during DirectPlay voice setup. Error code 0x80004005" after which I
get the message "windows cannot execute DpvSetup.exe, use add/remove program
from control panel to install". I cannot find that program in the list.
There are no problems with the speakers as they play music fine.
Help please- all my voice chat is put on hold now!
