Windows Log On

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

This message might be related to two others here today on Slow Startup and
System Won't Stay in Standby. I am running XP Home Ed with SP2 on a Dell
4600. The desktop is set up with 5 users all the same settings for the
monitor to switch off after 1 hour, screensaver to kick in after 15 minutes.
If the computer hasn't been used for more than a couple of hours (especially
overnight), when you log on again, instaed of going to your account, it goes
to the screensaver and you have to log on again. Why does this happen and
can you tell me how to stop it?
