If you cannot remember what you might have done to create this problem: Assuming it is
not due to hardware failure: If it's a recent occurrence, see if it can quickly be fixed
using System Restore (Start button/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore,
and opt to: Restore my computer to an earlier time, selecting a Restore Point just prior
to when the problem began) If you've installed any software or updates between the date
of the Restore Point that you opt to use and today, you will have to reinstall them. Your
data files should remain untouched. If reinstalling any updates or software brings back
the problem, then you will know what caused it.
