It's been awhile since I've been in any university or school, but I did
spend some time in libraries from VA to NY, and one in Montana while
hiking in 1997-1999, and they all had strict rules about running any
code on their publicly assessable machines.

Really? I thought Mike is supplying the keyfinder to help people that
have lost their key codes.
And who really needs use the keyfinder to steal PKs when you can easily
find and download a key generator over the net?
