What do you mean by "still there"? Do you just mean it's still in C:\Program
Files ? or that it still appears on add/remove programs? If it's just in
C:\Program Files then you can delete it there.

Which program is it? If it's some nasty bit of adware then I'm not
surprised.

Some programs need their own uninstaller.
