I've never heard of such a thing and if it does exist, I think it would also
have to include some specialist Heatsink adapter. The retention bracket on a
478 PC motherboard will only accept a standard "made for Pentium" heatsink
which is built to clamp down on a PC P4 chip - any adapter in between the two
would make that very hard to clamp.
