Userdata Folders

Greetings,

Can anyone help me with a question? Can you, or is it safe, to delete
Userdata folders in WinXP? Under my main Userdata folder (C:\Documents and
Settings\Ron\UserData) I have 83 folders, most of which are empty. Some
contain one or two .xml file(s) all about 1KB in size. It seems like a lot
of folders for very little data.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
