There is very little chance of recovery. However, there would be certainly
be no harm in trying an undelete program. There's a fairly good free one
called PC INSPECTOR available at
http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/uk/download.htm
With a lot of luck, a few files might not have been overwritten and might be
recoverable.
