RUN TIME ERROR!!



Hello The following error continues to pop on my screen when logging onto
limited accounts, and at the same time it does not allow me to log on BUT
changing the account to one as a Computer Administrator ... it logs on fine,
No Error.

Any help with this error would be mighty appreciated. P.S. I do not want
everybody to have Computer Administrator priveeys!! Thankyou much all.
