MS Antispyware & Hotmail Cookies

Since downloading MS Antispyware for XP I get this error message when trying
to sign in to my hotmail account -- "Your Web browser options are currently
set to disable cookies. To use .NET Passport, you must enable cookies".

Third party cookies have been checked allowed in IE so I can access my
hotmail account. Is there somewhere else I need to look to allow these
cookies?

In an earlier posting I was advised to "View the privacy report when at
hotmail to see if IE blocked the cookies. You can allow them by clicking on
the site name in the list."

If this means while in my hotmail account, I can't get in because of this
problem. OR - If it means when at the sign-in for hotmail, how do I access
the privacy report from there? OR - If it means in Internet Options for IE,
then the site address is not blocked there.

More advise is appreciated.
