1) Clone the 20GB drive to the 160GB drive using a utility such as
Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image. The difference in size is
handled automatically.
2) Swap the hard drives between the two systems.
3) Perform a repair installation of Windows XP on each system.
You will then have two bootable systems.
4) Check each system for any 'loose ends' i.e. device drivers not
included with XP that need to be loaded separately.
