Multiple remote desktop connections?

Is there any way to get XP to respond to multiple RDP connections the same
way as a Windows Server 2003 system does? Let me explain.

If you already have two connections to a Server 2003 system (the default
limit without installing Terminal Server), the third connection gets an
error that basically tells them there are no more open sockets and to go
away. However with XP, if you already have an existing RDP connection to it
and another user attempts to connect to the same box, the first session is
abruptly shut down and the second one takes over! I would like the second
connection to be rejected instead...

Thanks,
Peter
