I have SP1 and SP2 installed.
When I place my WindowsXP Professional Disc in the drive, the system generates an error message telling me that I can not use this disc because I have a new OS on my System.
How do I do an Update or a Restore if I think that some of my system files are corrupt.
Thank
Ronald
You will need to create an intstallation CD slipstreamed with SP2 to repair an SP2 installation. This is not hard to do but needs to be done on a normally running system, not one with problems.
