Please, no SMS talk here, this is a newsgroup.
That is VERY bad advice - SP2 is not only a major security update but also
re-writes hundreds of thousands of lines of code. The reasoning should be:
"install SP2 UNLESS you know that you can't run software with it". It's not
just your computer that you are protecting and updating, it's the
interaction with all the other computers on the internet as well.
