After updates, this problem is usually caused by one of your peripheralls
such as your printer, scanner, camera or other USB device. Disconnect all
except monitor, keyboard and mouse and reboot. See if the problem still
persists. If not, connect each item one at a time and reboot each time to
find the culprit. Do not uninstall updates.
