Re: ***Unwanted visitors

I have another issue now regarding lavasoft "update". I click the "update"
and I get the messsage "Error Retrieving Update". I have unblocked pop-ups
and disabled the anti-virus software and still will not load updates. I have
Xoftspy and Spybot installed. Are these the likely programs blocking my
trying to download "Update"? I don't have anything else that I know of
except maybe Windows antispyware stuff.
