Yes, if you under the Process tab do the following.

In the menu, select View/Select Columns...

There you select I/O Reads, I/O Reads Bytes, I/O Write and
I/O Write Bytes.


You also use Filemon from Sysinternals that does a real time logging
of file accesses:
