Hi,
You need to give limited user accounts full control on the ICQ program
folder. This is very common with chat programs and limited accounts. A quick
way to do this would be to open a command prompt (start/run cmd) and run the
following to give everyone full control:
cacls file_path /g users:f
"file_path" needs to be the path to the ICQ program folder, eg:
C:\Program files\ICQ
Otherwise, you will need to logon as administrator and manually change the
