Downloading multiple files from FTP server.

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Is it possible, and if it is, how do I select multiple files from an FTP
server and download those files as a group starting from selected file one to
the end of the file list? That would be alot easier that clicking on each
file and downloading with "Save target" one at a time.
