Generic Host Process for Win32 Error Message

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have been getting this error message on many computers that I have built
and sold and can not find a solution, today I was installing XP on a note
book and then once installed started installing the drivers, I happen to
leave the Video drivers to last after updating other drivers and running
Windows Update.

I installed the Intel Graphics 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family
directly from the DELL website and got the Genric Host Process for Win32
Error Message on reboot.

Any idea's what is causing this to happen?
