So sorry. I forgot to mention that along with this issue is that my taskbar
is all there with all the quick launch but I cannot access it while the
error box is there and that includes the Start button.. I between when I
click on OK and before the same error again pops up I am able to. I got to
be real quick to do it. Does not bother me that much at present because I
can access everything through my Desktop System Icon(My Computer)
