***Unwanted visitors

I have a new unwanted visitor,who looks like he intends to stay......Please
help..This one is called "click me" and it's not in the add remove program
list.It's got it's own uninstall button.I can uninstall,delete,and whatever
but no matter what! Every time I re- boot it comes back!! Again and
Again..Any ideas..Thanks
