I'm not laughing, but you haven't given us any information with which to
help you. My first suggestion would be to scan with your antivirus,
making sure you have a current version (not earlier than 2004) and that
the definitions are updated. Also scan for non-viral malware with
programs like Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. Update those
programs before you scan. After you've done that, if you are still
having problems then post back. Be sure to include information like how
you connect to the Internet (method and ISP), what troubleshooting you
did and the results, what Service Pack level your XP is, that sort of
thing.
