Thank You Novice for your suggestions. Yes I do have a scanner/printer
(LEXMARK P3150) which is always connected and I have a Logitech Joystick
always connected. My computer starts up with no error most of the time with
these devices connected. I have made sure that nothing was different about
my computer when the error message appears. It really doesn't affect my
computer any other than being a minor annoyance. I have started-up my
computer about 4 times today with no error message...Last one appeared
yesterday afternoon. :-)
