Removing some types of malware can damage your winsock which would make
connection to the internet difficult without knowing the command line reset
and having SP2 installed while this program is small and easier to keep
on-hand just in case you clean up and suddenly find you can't connect to the
internet. It's there as a pre-caution for you.
