Internet Explorer keeps closing

Hi, Can anyone explain to me in laymans terms Why? Internet Explorer keeps
shutting down when I'm in the midlde of something, its happening more & more
frequently & to be honest is becoming quite a nuiscance. Is it my computer
or is this normal? Only just this morning its shut down 6 times within the
last 2hrs. Any suggestions please? Many thanks
