In Internet Explorer?
This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full.
1. Start Internet Explorer 2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 3. Click the General tab. 4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files. 5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

Every time I try to save a photo my computer automatically tries to save it
as a .bmp. I don't even have the option to save as .jpg. Is this a system
setting? The files I am downloading are .jpg format so I don't understand
the problem.
