I have this problem as well. Am trying to fix it now. Have reset all IE
settings and it persists. Have reinstalled sp2, and it broke the pc
completely - wouldn't start up with crash loop. Restored from Acronis Image
(thank god) and have started to try to fix again. Will post answer when
(if) I find it
